Streaming - The Streaming player is having issues

If you are having issues with the streaming player, we recommend always refreshing your page first. Here are some troubleshooting tips:

  • Ensure that your browser is set to “Allow cookies” for this site.
  • Refresh the browser and try the page again.
  • Close the browser completely and open it up again.
  • Use a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.)
  • Try disabling or enabling your VPN or related software if you have it. Some settings on a VPN can disable the videos.
  • Check your internet connection or try a different connection.
  • Completely restart your computer and open the browser again.
  • Try a different computer/device.

In most cases, one of these has resolved the issue.


VOD - My video keeps stopping or won't play smoothly

If you are in the VOD (video on demand) section and you are having issues with your video stopping/starting or not running smoothly, these issues are most often related to an issue specific to your setup. All of our VOD videos stream directly from Vimeo, so are not hosted on our servers and rarely have issues on their own. Here are some troubleshooting tips

Do I visit this site in the future to rewatch these sessions (VOD)?

This site provides temporary access in the case of technical issues during the Final Warning Conference on October 16 - 17. To rewatch sessions, you should always attempt to access streaming and VOD directly through the membership on the GenSix site. You will need to be logged into your account that you purchased your membership through to view these sessions:

Can I rewatch sessions I miss during the main broadcast?

Yes! You can rewatch all sessions you miss (VOD). Most sessions will be posted within an hour of broadcast. You will be able to rewatch all sessions on the GenSix.com site through January 1, 2020 (with a purchased membership on the GenSix site).
